Demand that Trump and Session reinstate the Title IX guidance for trans children
Yesterday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Pres. Trump sent a terrible message to trans children nationwide when they revoked federal guidance clarifying that Title IX's protections apply to trans students. This is only the latest act of a government that's deliberately rushing to cause harm to the most vulnerable people in the country. Not only does our Attorney General seem to not understand the law as it applies to trans rights, revoking the guidance shows that Pres. Trump's promise to protect LGBT rights was just empty rhetoric.
