March 24, 2004: SJR127 Back on Senate Calendar - Attack on Privacy Rights of Women Continues

We learned yesterday that Senator Fowler plans to revive SJR127 and bring it to the Senate Floor for a vote. While SJR127 is on the Senate calendar for tomorrow (Thursday, March 25), it will probably not be heard until Monday evening (March 29). We will let you know as soon as we know when the vote is scheduled. Please begin phoning your State Senator and urge him/her to protect the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee State Constitution, and Tennessee women and vote NO on SJR127.
