ACLU's Laura Murphy headlines panel on War on Terrorism
and Civil Liberties

Laura Murphy, Director of the National ACLU Washington Office, and Armstrong Williams, syndicated columnist, will headline a panel discussion titled "Is the War on Terrorism Abroad an Assault on Democracy at Home" on Monday night, October 20 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Sponsored by the Trotter Group (a national association of African American newspaper columnists and editorial writers), the event will be held in the Turner Recital Hall at the Blair School of Music on Vanderbilt University's campus (24th Avenue and Capers). The program is free and open to the public.
