Jane G. Eskind – Lifetime Achievement Award
The first woman to be elected to statewide office in Tennessee, Jane Eskind has spent her career promoting and protecting women’s rights and women’s participation in the electoral process.
Karyn Storts-Brinks – Bill of Rights Award
Karyn, a school librarian in Knox County, has been a tireless advocate for LGBT youth. Her work to promote students’ freedom of access to information has changed the lives of literally millions of LGBT youth across the country.
Lenora Lapidus – Special Guest Speaker
Lenora directs the national ACLU Women’s Rights Project. A longtime ACLU attorney and advocate, she is also a frequent contributor on issues concerning women and the law at The Huffington Post.
