March 30: 2021 Virtual Lobby Day

Tuesday, March 30, 2021
Training: 9 - 10a.m. CT/10 - 11 a.m. ET; meetings with legislators will be scheduled for later in the day, times TBD
Location: Zoom (log-in details provided upon registration)
RSVP REQUIRED BY FRIDAY, MARCH 12

Please join us on March 30 for our first-ever lobby day, focused on criminal justice and policing reform. We'll kick off the day with a virtual training at 9 a.m., including a conversation with lawmakers who champion civil liberties and civil rights.

Once everyone has registered, we will then schedule a brief virtual meeting for you, other volunteers from your district if possible, and your elected representative, so that you can advocate for the criminal justice agenda supported by the ACLU of Tennessee. Lobby visits will take place on March 30, sometime after the training. Visits are customarily about 15 minutes and will be scheduled based on the availability of legislators, so your ability to be flexible that day is appreciated!

This event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP BY FRIDAY, MARCH 12 through this webform, or by calling (615) 320-7142. We will send you the Zoom details upon registration. Please note: Registration is required to receive the Zoom details. For more information, call 615-320-7142.
