In Tennessee individuals convicted of a felony lose their right to vote and are oftentimes unaware of the process for restoration of those rights. ACLU-TN, joined by civil rights and civil liberties organizations across the state launched its “Let People Vote” campaign in an effort to restore voting rights for individuals with felony convictions.

ACLU-TN's resource sheet on voting for people with felony convictions outlines who is and is not eligible to have their voting rights restored and outlines the process for restoring the right to vote.
