HB 1251/SB 835 would make absentee voting even harder in Tennessee by forcing voters to submit a written request for an absentee ballot application form. Adding another step — forcing voters to request the request — offers no benefit to voters. It would not make our elections more secure — it would just make it harder for people to vote.

TAKE ACTION: Tell legislators not to suppress the vote by making absentee voting harder.
