Allyship exists in all aspects of life – work, school, religious institutions, community groups, businesses, etc. Trans people deserve to feel respected and affirmed wherever they choose to engage with their local community, and as an ally, you can have a huge part in whether a trans person is comfortable in a given space.

At ACLU-TN, we offer numerous trans education opportunities for those who want to learn more about trans life or how to be supportive of transgender people in our communities.

These topics span from basic trans knowledge to lessons about advocacy and affirming trans voices in various spaces. If you feel that you or your organization could benefit from any of these types of discussions, please fill out the form below and include the type of training you'd like to receive in the “Additional Comments” field.
